Durban Trees – the crowning glory

Trees are the crowning glory of Durban, some over 100 years old, and whilst they offer aesthetic beauty they are actually natures air-conditioner, creating shade and a natural cooling system in our streets during our hot summer months, and more importantly, helping to prevent climate change effects within the city.

Whilst the city continues to protect and plant new trees around the city Wildlands promotes entreprenuership for local communities to thrive through their ‘Trees for Life’ Project.
